Our Founding Story

Our founder, Sandeep, has a strong background in Marketing and Sales, having been part of a successful startup that was later acquired by a global enterprise.

At the startup, Sandeep worked extensively with data, which sparked the idea of how data could be harnessed to solve problems for engineering leaders, scrum masters, and individual contributors. He recognized that while data is crucial, its true value comes from how it’s used to optimize performance and align teams with business goals.
